The planning and design stage involves discussing your concept creation, reviewing, and approving the packaging design concept materials required to achieve durability, and extending the shelf life of your products.
Recommending the right material for your products; Substrates include CPP, BOPP, PP, PET, PE Nylon, EVOH, and metalized substrates. For products sensitive to oxygen, moisture and light, a high barrier film is required for preserving freshness and quality.
We create color plates from your confirmed artwork quickly and precisely using laser etching and plate engraving systems for our rotogravure print press.
Our 10 colors state-of-the-art process offers the highest color density and maximum print quality for mass production. We will carry out thorough inspections during our print process to provide high-precision accurate color printing ensuring the best end results.
We can laminate multi layers of films solventless adhesive lamination and extrude specialty resins like EVOH to provide high barrier properties. We can recommend material thickness to achieve durability, efficiency and sustainability.
Fully automatic quality control stroboscope on-line detecting system equipped to automatically detect the print quality and accuracy. Any missed prints will be automatically alerted.
We trim extra edge of that laminated roll and convert them into small rolls by our high-speed slitting rewind machine and then moved to pouch making.
We convert the slitted rolls into pouches according to design concept and measurement. Once it has been completed, we will perform our final quality inspection and then have it packed into shipping cartons.
Our final quality inspections for burst strength, barrier testing, print quality and material thickness check are performed in our inhouse testing laboratory. We will ensure that every product shipped meets the highest quality standards.
We will perform proper palletizing with corner protection and wrapping to ensure every shipment shipped out is safely secure on the pallet.
